Ryan O’Hare's career began in retail distribution before assuming control of the US operations of PES International, a global energy and telecoms services and consultancy business.
In 1993, as an extension of the services provided by PES and to capitalise on the deregulation of the industry, Mr O'Hare founded a start up telecommunicatons service provider in Sydney, Australia called corpTEL Communications Pty Ltd.
corpTEL Communications Pty Ltd became one of the largest privately owned telecommunication service companies in Australia, recording revenues in 1998 of over $100 million for fixed wire and mobile services across Australia. Mr O’Hare was its major shareholder, Chief Executive and Chairman until its eventual sale to Australia's 3rd largest carrier, AAPT Limited in 1998.
People Telecom Limited was co-founded by Mr O’Hare in 2000. Five years later revenue had grown to over $110 million per annum. Today it is part of the M2 Communications Group that generates revenues of over $500 million per annum.
Mr O’Hare is Director of the Australian Prostate Cancer Research Centre and is active with the Children with Aids Charity in the UK. He was recognised for this work by being nominated as a finalist in the 2006 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Mr Roache has spent 16 years in telecommunications industry. Previous to Next Telecom Mr Roache was the General Manager of Sales for People Telecom Limited where he contributed to its success in reaching revenues of $110 million per annum.
Prior to People Telecom Limited Mr Roache worked for Tel.net Media where he was Director of Sales Asia Pacific region, responsible for sales of value-added IP Data products to telecommunication carriers and internet service providers throughout Asia and the United States.
Prior to that Mr Roache was Sales Manager for corpTEL Communications Pty Ltd (now part of the AAPT Limited group). Under his management, the sales team generated the highest revenue per sales person in the telecommunications industry. Gavin also spent eight years in management roles in the hospitality industry including five years with Accor Asia Pacific.
Mr Manion joined the team having spent fifteen years in the telecommunications industry working both in public and private sectors. Mr Manion was previoulsy General Manager Consumer and Commercial at People Telecom Limited.
Prior to that Mr Manion held the positions of National Sales Manager for Consumer and Commercial at AAPT Ltd, National Sales Manager for Century 21 and NSW /ACT State Manager for Telstra "T" Shops.
Mr Manion has also worked in the retail industry for Lion Nathan in New Zealand and Coles Myer as NSW Regional Operations Manager Liquor.

Ms Jones is a qualified CPA and CMA, with international experience as a commercial accountant and CFO. For the last ten years she has worked in the Telecommunications Industry and has a large amount of experience in launching and managing businesses in Europe, Australia and the South Pacific. Ms Jones joined Next Telecom Pty Ltd in April 2009 and manages all aspects of financial management within the organisation.
