
Just wanted to drop a quick note; it’s come across my desk the confusion with intra-fleet calls being charged etc and just wanted to say thanks so much for your really prompt action. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with you guys and your speed to resolve this issue with such little problem is such a rare relief in the Telco industries. You guys are setting a compelling standard for the industry to follow and I hope it’s helping you guys kill it at the moment.
