Soft Phone

If you have a Next Telecom Hosted solution then a softphone client enables your staff to load a soft phone client onto their mobile, laptop or PC and manage their calls. The Softphone enables incoming and outgoing calls from the users extension and gives some call management capability.

Desk Phone

If you have a Next Advantage or Cloud PBX service, you can take your handsets home. Connect it to your home internet along with a power supply unit and you can operate as if you were in the office.


With a Next Telecom softphone you can use, a Bluetooth Headset which allows people to take calls and cancel the background noise . Next Telecom utilises the benefits of Jabra headsets.Of course you can use a wired headset as well.

Mobile Broadband

Your staff member may also wish to use a mobile data service set up as a hot spot and use it as their home broadband. Next Telecom has a range of data plans available from small to heavy users.

MS Teams

If your Phone System is on MS Team then you don’t have to do anything other than load the Teams Client on to mobile, tablet, desktop or laptop. The Teams client includes voice calls, video calls, video conferencing, chat, file sharing and Team Collaboration applications. MS Teams is the perfect solution for remote workers as its collaboration tools allow your staff to collaborate as if they were in the office.
